Planning Eating

Suggested food especially the diabetesein (nutritionist) is the same as non-diabetesein. All the variety of food origin is not excessive (balanced) and according to nutritional needs.
Required Food Containing:

Fiber
CARBOHYDRATES
Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for daily activities.Carbohydrates consist of:

    
Starchy
    
Sugar

        
Starchy


        Eat always a source of starch at each meal.
        
For example: rice, bread, potatoes, noodles, sweet potatoes, cassava, etc..
